All photos are professionally printed on industry leading Fuji Crystal Archive Paper, using the latest technology for the best possible quality. Photos have an expected life rating of up to 70 years. All our photos are printed on matt paper unless stated.
3. What does matted mean?
A mat is a paper based material used to border a photo to allow it to be framed. While decorative, it also has practical functions, such as keeping the photo away from the glass on the frame (once framed), and to give the photo a finished, secure and complete look. All our photos come complete with a white matt and backing board and are ready to be framed. They are approximately 5mm in depth. The photo is then wrapped in cellophane for protection and handling.
